Established in 2025 by Windsor House Inc. and our dedicated team members, W.I.N.G.S. reflects the core values that have guided us since 1959: People, Caring, Commitment, and Integrity. Our people—residents and staff alike—are at the heart of everything we do.
A Foundation Built on Generosity
The W.I.N.G.S. Foundation is led by a committee of corporate and facility staff members and funded by the generosity of donors, including many Windsor House employees who contribute through payroll deductions or personal gifts. It’s proof that when we come together as a community, we can lift each other higher than we could ever stand alone.
