We know that the strength of Windsor House comes from the people who care for our residents every day. Yet for many, an unexpected hardship—a medical emergency, a family crisis, an unforeseen loss—can bring overwhelming financial strain. That’s why the W.I.N.G.S. Foundation was created: by our staff, for our staff.
Those who receive assistance through W.I.N.G.S. aren’t just employees—they’re neighbors, friends, and members of the same communities we all call home. When we come together to support one another, we ensure that no member of our Windsor House family has to face hardship alone.
